It looks like the two game series between us and Florida State just got a whole lot more interesting as it turns out that Florida State's compliance department was the one who asked the NCAA to look deeper into the eligibility of MLB Mike Balogun.

FSU is the leading example of what NCAA compliance is

Bottom line is that if Balogun lied he needs to be gone but it really looks like he’s getting jobbed by the NCAA. As for Florida State, who knows why they decided to conduct their own investigation into this. They above anyone else should know what its like to step outside the boundaries.
