1st Annual Crimson & Cream Machine Bracket Contest Update

We are done with the first two rounds of the tournament which means we now have some standings for the 1st Annual Crimson & Cream Machine Bracket contest with a possible Sooner related prize*

*(Prize is still pending, might just be some respect)

So here are the current standings after the first weekend of action:

ThunderMav - 53 points with 14/16 Sweet 16
Redhawk's - 52 points with 15/16 Sweet 16
nmajdan - 50 points with 14/16 Sweet 16
boomer1 & ReddirtSooners - 49 points with 13/16 Sweet 16
fourth place tie
Alasooner - 48 points with 13/16 Sweet 16
SoonersNews - 48 with 12/16 Sweet 16
Jubanator14 & SoonerT - 47 points with 11 Sweet 16
eighth place tie
No love for AJ - 46 with 12/16 Sweet 16

So we have a tight race for the maybe prize. If you would like to check out the group and follow it over the weekend, follow this link and it should let you see it. If it doesn't I'll bring another update next Monday.

Actually I looked ahead

and it really depends. I have UConn winning it all..many don’t even have them in the final 4. If UCONN wins….I’ll win it.

If North Carolina wins it, which many people have, and I have them losing to Gonzaga (hey, I said, this was pure guessing on my part) than I have no chance but it will be close for most of everyone else.

Being a weighted bracket..it helps to pick the winner

I have them losing to Orangemen

I SOOOOO hope I’m wrong. I’ll trade my bracket and any possible prize (It’s NOT game worn silver painted shoes from Little Joe Washington?) for an OU win
