OU Commit Has Big Game in San Diego
In the first round of the CIF playoffs, Scripts Ranch High School (San Diego, CA) had a field day against Orange Glen as they beat them 63-34. Oklahoma Sooner commit and current Scripts Ranch stand out Running Back Brennan Clay carried the ball 11 times for 158 yards and scored two Touchdowns in the rout on Friday night. 619 Sports reporter Kyle Englehart caught up with the soon to be Sooner for a post game interview where he talked about having a great regular season, and starting their playoff run with a very good "team win." He not only spoke about the game, but also talked about the possibility of running some "wild cat" formations next year in Norman.

Other recruits - Southmoore TE Austin Haywood article and Blake Bell's playoff run ends
Austin Haywood, a TE recruit from Southmoore in OK, is drawing comparisons to Keith Jackson from several sources, including Jim Donnan who was OC when Jackson was at OU – article here.
Additional coverage of Haywood and Kendal Thompson (yep, the son of infamous OU QB Charles Thompson):

Blake Bell’s season ends on a sour note – his line in the 42-21 loss – Passing—Carroll, Bell 31-40-248-1 – Hutch too much for Bishop Carroll
