Big 12 Game Of The Week

Houston_old8_mediumOklahoma_st_medium

Hands down the best game in the conference, not involving the Sooners, this week is Houston at Oklahoma State. The Cougars are fresh off a 55-3 thumping of Southern University while the Cowboys kickoff their home season after a 39-13 win over Washington State in Seattle. Don’t expect a lot of defense in this one but you can be there will be a lot of points scored.

Houston is possibly the best team in Conference USA and they run a Texas Tech type offense. Last week the Cougars passed the ball 49 times for 467 yards and 6 touchdowns. They scored 31 points in the second quarter alone.

Honorable Mention

Texas A&M at New Mexico – Why? Because we learned last week that the Aggies aren’t any good and now they go on the road to play the Lobos who lost 26-3 last week to TCU. Don’t expect a lot of great football but this should be a good game anyway.

The rest of the games in the conference are dogs!
