As Matt pointed out last night, Jon, over at The Ralphie Report, has summoned the Big 12 bloggers of the blogosphere to nominate players of their respective team for the Pre-Season All Big 12 Football team. The instructions for the first round of voting were as follows:

From each of your respective rosters on the following tabs, highlight the following number of players at each position whom you wish to nominate for the Big 12 team- (1) qb (2) rb (2) wr (1) te (3) ol (3) dl (2) lb (3) db (1) k (1) p

So that is exactly what we did. Here are our selections from our Sooners, some more obvious than others:

• QB - Sam Bradford (this was the 2nd easiest selection)
• RB - DeMarco Murray (obvious) & Jermie Calhoun (this kid will be special)
• WR - Juaquin Iglesias (another given) & Adron Tennell (6'3 and a burner)
• TE - Jermaine Gresham (3rd easiest choice)
• OL - Phil Loadholt, Duke Robinson, & Jon Cooper (couldn't go wrong here)
• DL - Auston English, Gerald McCoy, & DeMarcus Granger (the DL is going to be stout)
• LB - Ryan Reynolds & Keenan Clayton (Clayton over Box because of versatility)
• DB - Nic Harris, Lendy Holmes, & Dominique Franks (no one should want to throw towards the Holmes/Franks side of the field)
  
• K - Jimmy Stevens (I am not sure who will be the starting kicker but I think he wins out)
• P - Mike Knall (easiest choice since we have 1 punter)

So there you guys have it. Most of these were pretty easy since we have so much coming back this year but, as always, I want to hear what you guys think.
