I would have hoped the B12 made a better showing.

but I am really liking the NCG and Fiesta Bolw results.

I'd be wondering a few things...

1. How big a check should I mail to Ohio State?

2. Could the Gator Bowl people make their logo a little bit larger? (My 1280×1024 screen wasn’t completely full.)

3. How could OSU put up such a poor showing? (Oh wait…they weren’t playing OU at home.)

4. How could Bo Pelini lose to Clemson??

by ousooner919 on Dec 24, 2008 10:15 AM CST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Interesting,

That the two major rivals for OU(OSU and Texas) lose in blowout games….no surprises there.

by thebrat on Dec 24, 2008 10:46 AM CST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

I think its a simulation

that is done by a non-affiliated website. I doubt there is any coincidence. But aside from that, there is NO way Chris Wells runs for almost 300 yards against the number 2 run defense in the nation. UT would load up the front and FORCE Pryor to throw the ball. And Clemson will NEVER hand 50 on Pelini’s Defense. Not that the D is great but….its Pelini. Clemson’s Offense cant hang 50 on Jenks High School. Just a few nit-picks

Hey Don't Blame Me!

If you’ve got beef with it send your complaints to What If Sports.com. All I did was simulate the games and post the results.

Oh...

I have no problems with it, nor I am I blaming you..just saying that its somewhat of a coincidence that the two rivals of OU, lose to inferior opponents in blowout games.

Clemson

Clemson is not very good. No way they drop 50 on Nebraska. And as much as I would like to see it, I don’t think Ohio State can hang with Texas. Would of liked Boise (or TCU I guess) in the BCS instead of them.

Interesting "simulations"

did they do it by playing EA’s college football 09? cause their is no way some of those stats and scores happen.

Thought Clint Hurdle should be fired before it was cool.

Once again

More UT bitching?

When you entered your simulation numbers did you assume that Percy Harvin was not playing? Or did the simulator just shut him out of the box score?

by skigator93 on Dec 25, 2008 9:17 PM CST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Interesting

Percy plays, but doesn’t make the boxscore and Deonte Thompson scores?

Here's all you need to know about these projections

The Nebraska projection has NU’s backup placekicker (who hasn’t attempted a single extra point all season) missing both extra points.

Yeah. Right.
