Every game from this point on is an elimination game for Oklahoma. They are still very much in the title hunt but they will need some help. The only thing that is in their power to control is their record. The Sooners have to play with a new sense of urgency and that starts today with protecting the home field.

Official Machine Prediction: 34 -24 OU

Didn't get to see much of the game

The parts I saw in the third quarter, it seemed like Brown ran really, really well. Overall the line play seemed much stronger than against Texas. You can really see the difference in the general level of athlete that Texas has versus good, but still second tier teams in the Big 12 like KU.

Lots of good comments about Murray – hopefully he and Brown can keep it going next week.

What was up with the secondary & Briscoe? Do they get a cut of his signing bonus? I see that he had a 69 yarder, but that still gives him 200 yards on 11 catches – that’s a worrying average.
