OU Football underated?

Matt,
I posted this on burntorangenation and wanted to know what your thoughts were?

I agree
I would say you are on track with your thoughts. When you consider the fact that Stoops lost his starting quarterback and an offenseive lineman in August and then lost Adrian Peterson two weeks ago and the Sooners still have the opportunity to win 10 games this could be Stoops second best coaching season at OU.

It also shows the depth and talent of the Sooners. Sure, they are not to the form they were in the 03 - 04 season's but I think losses in the championship games keep people from realizing how really great those teams were.

OU football isn't going anywhere and the fact that they are proving that they can win without Adrian Peterson should make people take notice for next season.

possibly
but to be honest i think everyone has took notice of these facts, which is a primary reason OU is still ranked when a team like say 6-2 Hawaii who is blowing people out and on a 5 game win streak are not ranked. jus my opinion

Being the Best
You can't be the best team in the country every year and shouldn't be punished when you are not!
